The DePaul MBA Association would like to thank all that came out to the Effective Business Communications Seminar and Networking session.  This event was a tremendous success and has been receiving praise from students and alumni alike.  There were many current students and alumni interested in learning more on how they can become better communicators.  MKT576 is the Effective Business Communications class available most quarters that covers everything you need to become a better communicator.  If you are an alumni or do not have the room to take MKT576 as an elective, the DePaul University Continuing and Professional Education center offers a certificate program for Effective Business Communications.

The class is called "Effective Presentation and Communication Skills Certificate Program". The next program will run on Wednesdays, May 5 - 26, 2010, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (4 weeks).

A suggested donation of $5.00 will be accepted at the door.  A portion of the proceeds will help to fund medical supplies for The Haiti Relief Medical Team's June trip back to Haiti. The funds will go towards the medical supplies for their trip to Haiti in June. Representatives from The Grace and Peace Community Center will speak for several minutes about their past and future trips to Haiti.
